My name is Louisa Kiernander
My passion is creating safe, soulful spaces where people of all ages can feel, heal and shine. As a hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, I help children, teens and adults to overcome emotional and mental challenges so that they can step out into their lives, and into the world, feeling calm, confident, positive and resilient.
Whether it is in a one-to-one zoom session, in a beautiful curated retreat experience, in a workshop at a school, or university, at a wellness day at an office, or in the middle of a festival with 50,000 people, I am absolutely focused on making sure that you have the experience you need and that you get the result that you crave.

Passionate about the power of the subconscious mind and deep life-changing healing modalities, Wild Soul is all about creating safe and transformative spaces for people of all ages to explore their inner world while harnessing their own power.


How I work
Centred around providing a holistic healing experience that encompasses the mind, body and spirit, I offer a diverse range of therapeutic tools which work on the subconscious mind and help you to release past traumas, let go of habits and negative beliefs, make positive changes and commit to the best path for yourself.
Working in packages of three sessions, whether it is quitting smoking, overcoming phobia, building confidence, or releasing trauma, I normally find that my three-session packages are enough to get the required change made.
For people that have a less specific goal, three sessions is just the right amount to do some self-exploration, discovery and to cement in some positive thinking and living patterns.
Retreats and group sessions can be more broad in focus but also following a theme, often linked to something in nature. For example, letting go in autumn, connecting to inner self in winter, self-belief in spring, or connecting to the moon cycle. Other themes might be gratitude, divine feminine, divine masculine, recovery from addiction, quitting smoking, relaxation and stress, ADHD, and so on.
