Bookings, sessions and packages

For clients wishing to make a specific change, such as quitting smoking, overcoming a fear/phobia, or addressing anxiety, changing a sleep pattern, addressing a relationship issue, or anything else a client would like to work on, the Change Work package (four hours over three sessions) will include a tailor-made blend of hypnosis, Control System and breathwork to help you achieve your goals. For anyone who has done a Change Work package previously, the 'Add-On' sessions serve as a chance to build on the change and to consolidate changes made.

In the comfort of your own home, on your own sofa, in a space that is familiar to you, your subconscious mind will feel safe to explore the challenging feelings/emotions/experiences that you want to shift, or alter.

 

The benefits of working on zoom for you:

- no travel time, so easier to fit into your day

- cheaper pricing as there are no extra fees incurred on my side for using

a therapy room, petrol, or for travel time, so I can keep the costs as low as possible for you

- you can fit it in around your schedule as I can be more flexible on timings, rather than specific opening hours

- you can do sessions when you are away from home, from anywhere in the world – I have done sessions with people when they have been in tents, in hotels, in cars parked up in car parks, in their offices, and many other places

- extra privacy and anonymity as you are not coming to a therapy centre

- a deeper hypnosis experience as your subconscious feels comfortable

being in a safe and private space of your choosing

- you can turn your camera off at times if more comfortable for you
